Personnel - Our personnel are the backbone of the company. We employ highly skilled individuals with a vast amount of experience. It does not benefit anyone to ignore the input of our employees. We care about our employees and help provide them with the tools and training to be successful at their jobs. We empower each individual to make decisions with minimal administrative oversight and stand behind those decisions.

Reliability – We put forth 100% effort to meet or exceed our goals and promises; otherwise, we do not make them.

Quality – It is our job to provide the clients with the highest quality product and/or information possible.

We have a perfect safety record with zero accidents. When it comes to Safety, our opinion is that, “Safety needs to be a way of life, and not just something that is talked about in a meeting.” We start with the right people, the proper training and the correct equipment. Next, all diving operations comply with OSHA regulations and the Association of Diving Contractors International (ADCI) Consensus Standards. Last of all, our Supervisors and Management lead by example.
